These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and interactions with Rasrover Holidays (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website or booking any tour, you agree to abide by the following terms.
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed with a completed booking form and advance payment.
- Final confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of full payment before departure.
- Customized holidays may not include tour manager services but are supported by local associates.
Payments
- Advance payment is required to secure bookings. Balance must be paid before tour commencement.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or cash (with PAN card for ₹20,000+).
- Online payments are processed securely. Rasrover Holidays does not store card details.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 15+ days before departure: 5% cancellation fee
- 7+ days: 10% cancellation fee
- 48-72 Hours: 25% cancellation fee
- Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@rasroverholidays.com
- Wildlife safaris and special event bookings are non-refundable
- Refunds are subject to cancellation policies, including airline, hotel, or third-party partner rules.
- Processing of refunds may take 7-14 business days.
Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternate arrangements will be made where possible without compensation.
Travel Documents & Visa
- Guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents (ID proof, passports, visas) are valid. RasRover Holidays is not responsible for any issues caused by missing or invalid documents.
- Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective consulate. Rasrover Holidays acts only as a facilitator.
Liabilities & Limitations
- We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or other events beyond our control.

Insurance
We do not provide travel insurance. Guests are advised to arrange their own coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, theft, or accidents.
Health & Safety
Guests must ensure they are medically fit for travel. For adventure tours, a signed liability waiver may be required. Rasrover Holidays reserves the right to decline participation based on health concerns.
Children & Special Needs
- Children under 2 are considered infants; under 11 are considered children.
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request.
- Special dietary needs (e.g., Jain meals) must be communicated in advance.
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events, Rasrover Holidays may cancel or reschedule tours without liability. Refunds will be processed based on recoverable costs.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the quality or actions of third-party providers such as hotels, airlines, or local guides. All services are subject to their respective terms.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts. Guests agree to resolve issues amicably before pursuing legal action.
