Approved guest articles are published as individual blog posts within the relevant Rasrover Holidays Blog, Travel Guide or other appropriate content category.
- Each approved article receives its own published URL.
- The article is categorized according to its actual subject.
- The published URL will be shared with the advertiser after publication.
- The advertiser may share the published URL through its own legitimate marketing channels.
Important: Core Website Pages Are Excluded
Purchasing a guest post, sponsored article or standard link-placement service does not provide any right to place promotional content or external commercial links on Rasrover Holidays tour package pages, destination landing pages, homepage, booking pages, contact pages, main service pages, navigation pages or other primary commercial pages.
Any separate advertising arrangement involving a core commercial page must be agreed in writing and may be subject to separate pricing and conditions.

Permanent Placement
Permanent means intended to remain online indefinitely. It does not constitute an unconditional lifetime guarantee and remains subject to these guidelines.

Rules for Multiple Posts From the Same Company
Multiple approved publications do not increase the permitted number of links or images within an individual article.
2 Links + 2 Images Per Individual Post
If the same company purchases or receives approval for multiple guest articles, each individual published article may contain a maximum of 2 commercial external links and 2 supplied images, subject to editorial approval. Link and image limits do not carry over between posts and cannot be combined to create a higher limit on a single article.
Every additional article remains subject to separate topic approval, content review and availability.
Sponsored Content Disclosure
Approved paid guest articles and sponsored content will contain a clear disclosure on the published article so readers can understand that the content has a commercial relationship.
A disclosure such as “Sponsored Content” or “Guest Post” may be displayed near the article title or before the article content.
The disclosure will remain part of the published page and may also appear in other locations where reasonably required to maintain transparency.
Link Policy
External commercial links must be relevant to the subject of the article and useful to readers.
- Maximum 2 commercial external links per guest article.
- Normally 1 commercial external link for a standard link insertion.
- Natural and relevant anchor text is required.
- Hidden links are prohibited.
- Keyword-stuffed anchor text is not accepted.
- Rasrover Holidays may modify anchor text, destination URL or link attributes.
Paid Link Treatment
Rasrover Holidays does not sell or guarantee a “dofollow” ranking-passing link.
Commercial links may be marked using appropriate attributes such as rel=”sponsored” or rel=”nofollow”, where applicable.
Advertisers acknowledge that search engines determine independently how links are crawled, indexed, interpreted and ranked.
Image Policy
- Maximum 2 supplied images per individual published post.
- Images must be relevant to the article.
- Advertisers must have the legal right to use and provide the images.
- Copyrighted images copied from Google, competitors or social media are not accepted without permission.
- Rasrover Holidays may resize, crop, compress or optimize images.
Multiple Articles
The 2-image limit applies separately to each published article.
For example, if a company publishes three approved articles, each article may contain up to 2 approved images. This does not permit the company to place six images in one article.
Copyright & Content Ownership
The advertiser or contributor must have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions to submit the article, images, logos, trademarks, statistics, quotations and other materials provided to Rasrover Holidays.
By submitting material, the advertiser represents that the material does not knowingly infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person or organization.
Rasrover Holidays may request proof of ownership, licensing or permission before publication.
The advertiser is responsible for any claim arising from material supplied by the advertiser that infringes another party’s rights.
Editorial Review & Editorial Rights
Payment or submission of an article does not automatically guarantee publication.
Rasrover Holidays retains complete editorial control over material submitted for publication and may:
- Edit grammar, spelling and formatting.
- Change headings and article structure.
- Request revisions.
- Remove promotional or misleading claims.
- Modify or remove external links.
- Change anchor text.
- Resize, crop or replace unsuitable images.
- Reject an article.
- Decline publication without being required to provide detailed editorial reasons.
Payment Terms
- Payment is normally required before publication.
- Editorial processing may begin only after the required information and payment are received.
- Pricing must be confirmed before payment.
- Any applicable taxes or transaction charges may be added where required.
- Payment does not guarantee publication if the submitted material fails editorial or legal review.
Publication Timeline
Approved content is normally reviewed and prepared for publication within approximately 5–14 business days after receiving final content, required information and payment.
Timelines may vary because of editorial workload, revisions, technical maintenance, holidays or other circumstances.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following terms apply to guest posts, sponsored articles and paid link-placement services.

Content Review, Modification & Removal Rights
Rasrover Holidays reserves the right to periodically review published guest posts, sponsored articles and commercial link placements to protect the quality, security, reputation and integrity of our website.
If, at any time, we determine that published content, a destination website, external link, image, claim, business or promotional material violates our policies, applicable law, editorial standards, search-engine policies, security requirements or the interests of our readers, we may modify, unlink, redirect, noindex, suspend or remove the content or link.
Where reasonably necessary, such action may be taken without prior notice.
Reasons may include, without limitation:
- Spam or manipulative content.
- Malware, hacking or security concerns.
- Fraudulent or misleading claims.
- Illegal or prohibited products or services.
- Copyright or intellectual-property complaints.
- Broken, compromised or unsafe destination websites.
- Unrelated redirects or changed website content.
- Violation of these guidelines.
- Changes in applicable law or platform policies.
- Material that creates a significant risk to Rasrover Holidays, its visitors or its reputation.
A permanent placement therefore means an intended indefinite publication period and not an unconditional guarantee that content can never be removed.
Post-Publication Edits & Modifications
Post-publication editing rights depend on the publication duration purchased by the advertiser. Any requested modification must be relevant to the originally published content and is subject to editorial approval.
- Monthly Plan: No complimentary post-publication edits or modifications are included after the article or link placement has been published.
- 12-Month / Yearly Plan: The advertiser may request one (1) edit or modification during the 12-month publication period.
- Permanent Plan: The advertiser may request one (1) edit or modification per 12-month period, provided the permanent placement remains active.
- The annual edit allowance does not accumulate or carry forward. For example, if an advertiser does not request an edit during one year, it cannot request two edits during the following year.
- Minor corrections required because of an error introduced by Rasrover Holidays during publication are not counted as the advertiser’s annual edit.
- Requests for additional edits beyond the included allowance may be accepted at Rasrover Holidays’ discretion and may be subject to an additional fee.
- Changes that substantially rewrite the article, replace the original subject, add substantial new promotional material, replace multiple links or require significant redesign may be treated as a new editorial service rather than a standard edit.
- All modifications remain subject to Rasrover Holidays’ editorial, legal, technical and SEO policies.
Important
A request to change an advertiser’s website URL, commercial offer, company information, anchor text, promotional claim, image or other material is considered an edit or modification unless Rasrover Holidays determines that the change is a minor correction.

Advertiser Responsibilities
By submitting content or requesting a commercial placement, the advertiser confirms that the information supplied to Rasrover Holidays is accurate to the best of its knowledge and that the advertiser has authority to promote the relevant business, product or service.
- The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of supplied claims and information.
- The advertiser must have rights to all submitted text, images, logos and other materials.
- The advertiser must not submit misleading, fraudulent or deceptive material.
- The advertiser must not use the placement to promote unlawful activities.
- The advertiser is responsible for its own website, products, services and claims.
- The advertiser agrees to cooperate with reasonable requests concerning copyright, legal complaints, security issues or policy violations.
Liability, Indemnification & Third-Party Claims
Rasrover Holidays provides a publishing and editorial placement service only. Publication of third-party content does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification or representation that the advertiser, website, product or service is suitable, accurate, lawful or successful.
The advertiser remains responsible for its own website, products, services, representations, trademarks, intellectual property and legal compliance.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the advertiser agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from material, claims, images, links, products or services supplied by the advertiser, including claims relating to intellectual-property infringement or misleading information.
Rasrover Holidays shall not be responsible for search-engine ranking changes, indexing decisions, AI-system decisions, traffic changes, third-party website downtime, changes to advertiser websites, or losses arising from the advertiser’s products or services.
No SEO, Search Engine or AI Visibility Guarantee
Publication does not guarantee Google indexing, Google rankings, Google AI Overview visibility, Gemini visibility, ChatGPT visibility, Perplexity visibility, referral traffic, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks passing ranking credit or inclusion in any search-engine or AI-generated answer.
Search engines and AI systems independently decide whether publicly available content is crawled, indexed, ranked, summarized, recommended or cited.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Guest Post & Sponsored Content Guidelines and any commercial publishing arrangement entered into with Rasrover Holidays shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute or concern through good-faith communication.
Subject to applicable law and any mandatory jurisdictional requirements, disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India. See our general terms and conditions.
Nothing in these guidelines is intended to unlawfully exclude or restrict any legal right or remedy that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Reservation of Rights
Rasrover Holidays reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, suspend or remove any guest post, sponsored article, link placement, image, advertiser, website or commercial request at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
We may update these guidelines, prices, requirements, prohibited categories and publication policies from time to time. Advertisers are responsible for reviewing the current guidelines before submitting new content or requesting a new placement.
Where a material policy change affects an already confirmed placement, the specific written commercial agreement and applicable law will be considered.
